Default 2 week mark for me today and 9 lbs gone!!!

Just wanted to post my short term success so far. 9 lbs in 2 weeks. I am so proud of myself for sticking with this.

I am doubly proud of myself for planning my meals and being prepared.

Yeah for me.

Hugs to all.

PS. My big tennis tournament is coming up on Monday. It is all week long and I sure would appreciate all positive vibes you have to spare being sent my way. Thanks a million.

Way to go!! Good for you! You'll reach your goal with that kind of dedication.

Keep up preparing food in advance! That's a key for me. Whenever I let things slide or let the fridge get too empty, it gets harder to stay on track.

Good luck!!

Good job, Sushigal! And good luck on your tennis tournament. I assume you've been keeping up with the aerobic activity durring induction. I'm only 5 days in but I've noticed I can't run as far as could before I started. I get tired more easily. Did that happen to you? Did it wear off?

klawerence,

I have actually had the reverse happen to me. I have a lot more energy now. I will say that proabably about the first 3 days I was a little sluggish but after that I have just felt great.

Hope you get your energy back real soon.

Thanks for your kind words.
