Default Green Onions/spring Onions, carbs

I love Onions and have ceased using them,,, however I read somewhere that sroing onions are really low,

Is this true.

I hope so, as I have been using them for a bit now, not alot, but makes everything taste better.

I used green onions in salad during Induction.

Since then I use regular onions. Even just one thin slice (only 1 carb) adds to the flavor so much and is worth it, in my opinion.

I also use onion when braising meats in the oven. So sweet!!! I haven't found they've done me any damage in small amounts.

K.
