Default LC ingredients questions!!

I'm starting to try to cook and bake more LCfoods instead of already prepared ones. But these include hard-to-find ingredients. Such as diferent types of flour. Where can I get almond flour and Atkin's Bake mix?
Also, I have Atkin's pancake mix...can i substitue that for a type of flour or anything?

I find Atkins bake mix at health food stores as well as some grocery stores -prices may vary dramatically. It is possible to mix your own bake mix with soy flour and protein powder - someone is bound to have the recipe. You can make almond flour by pulsing almonds in your food processor or can be purchased at most health food stores.

If you can't find these in stores, they are available on-line too.
Just do a search on google or whatever you choose.

As for the pancake mix, I've never used it specifically so don't know what's in it. I doubt it's much different from the regular mix. Maybe you just need to experiment with it to see.

Have fun in the kitchen!
