Default fructose in my amino acids :(

Hi there, I just got an amino acid supplement to help me, my routine right now is heavy volume, as well as *some* interval running and when this pesky groin injury isn't acting up then HIIT. My goal now is fat loss. The aminos have a total of 11 carbs..most of them from fructose in a daily serving which is 3tbs.

My question is: when should they be taken? I'm annoyed because I know fructose is *bad* in the eyes of a TKDer, normally I'd take them before a workout on an empty stomach to prevent catabolism but will the fructose take away from the fat loss effect? Should I use it as a post workout drink? I am afraid of stalling fat loss after a workout by consuming fructose. Does it even matter at all?

Any opinions?
Thanks
Meg
