supplemental oils (omegas)
I am an ovo-lacto vegetarian who began doing yoga a year ago, running several months ago, along with doing some pilates exercises. I also have cut way back on carbs and fats in my normal diet-I used to be an unhealthy vegetarian. I wonder what types of oils and supplements I should be taking to protect my joints, tendons, and muscles. Any advice would be appreciated. By the way, since beginning the low carbing and running, I have dropped about 35-40 pounds and went from pushing out of a size 12 to wearing a size 2 or 4. This healthy lifestyle really works for me so I want to be as healthy as I possibly can to protect myself!
