Question I am Canadian...

I live in Ontario and I can not findAtkins Formula#3 or L-carnitine anywhere.
I tried to order L-carnitine from a US site but they told me they cant ship to Canada and I should have my order sent to a friend in the states and then have them mail it to me.I dont know anyone in the states.
As for the Atkins Formula#3, I can buy it from a US site but would prefer to buy Canadian to avoid the extra costs.
Can anyone help me...please?
Thanks 2much

Hi 2much2g1:

I'd go to your local HFS that sells Atkins products (ie. LC bars) and ask them to special order the supplements for you. I know my local vitamin store sells Atkins' supplements but I don't know where you live in Ontario.

As for the L-carnitine, I believe that's one of the supplements that have been banned. Many HFS carry it under the counter so you have to ask for it. Even then, they may only sell to people they know.

You might also check in the Supplements area of the forum to see if anyone in Canada has advice on this...
