Default Diet Pepsi Slurpee!

LOL was driving home tonight and this caught my eye.

7-11 now has a slurpee using Diet Pepsi.

I'm not a pepsi drinker, love coca-cola *but haven't had any in about 5-6 months.

But hey when I get past induction I might give it a go.

Hey the nutritional stuff is on the website...

Calories: 0
Total fat: 0
Sodium: 25
Total Carbs: 0
Protein: 0

Sounds like a nice treat to me! I cant see to get any of my keto shakes to the *slushy* or milkshake consistancy without adding whipping cream. Any ideas?

Actually, I believe that is the nutritional info for the soda, not the Slurpee. I searched 7-Eleven's website about a month ago, which lists the "sugar-free" Slurpees carbs at 10 g. per 16 or 22 oz. serving - this is from memory, so you may want to search their site to confirm.

Thanks Inastella. When I checked a month or so ago, the only "sugar free" Slurpee was Crystal Light; I assumed the Diet Pepsi would be about the same, but they are not; Crystal Light Slurpees are much higher in carbs, about 1 carb g. per ounce.

8, 10, and 12 oz. ??? Did they make new cups just for these ??? I would like to know how many carbs are in a 40 ouncer. I guess you could just multiply 10 x 4 for 24 kcal/12g carbs. But, 12g of carbs = 48 kcal. So, there must be some rounding. 24 kcal would be 6g of carbs. The kcal and carbs on these doesn't entirely jive, unless the carbs are from lactitol or isomalt which are the only carbs [I'm aware of] with a caloric value of 2 kcal/g.

Turns out they are using Splenda, Erythritol, and Tagatose. That's why the Calorie count is off, I guess.
