Hello, can somebody who has tried some of those made for low-carb products please post what you like and dont like from these products and which ones are good but still help you lose weight. Like Keto Ketchup, and La-tortillas, or breads and like Keto Ice Cream. I'm thinking about ordering some of these type items but would like some input on some of the better ones and ones to stay away from. I also have seen cookies and pancake mix's, well there are many of these products, too many to list! Thank you in advance and I appreciate everybodys feedback.

Hi Corey. Your best bet would be to use the 'search' function and search for whichever specific product you're thinking of buying. You can also browse this forum, the "low carb products" area. Honestly, you'll probably see a lot of polarized opinions: people tend to either love 'em or hate 'em.

In case you've got no clue what LC products are available to even start a search, you can look right at the top of the main page for a "sticky" on reviews of Keto products, etc. But Kristine is right, its going to be a matter of taste for you... personally, I always try LC products and I am universally disappointed... and they are pricey... IMHO its best to stick with real food (and you'll find your weight loss goes more smoothly when you avoid "frankenfoods")

Hope this helps. Another good site for reviews is www.lowcarbluxury.com, (click on product spotlight) but I'm convinced that some of their tastebuds were damaged in some sort of an industrial accident... either that or those folks really dig the taste of soy!

Thanks for your replies, yeah I might just try the la-tortillas I heard those are pretty good, and maybe just have them once or twice a week and stay away from the rest for now. Thanks again for your posts.

the La tortillas are a wonderful choice. Certainly appropriate for OWL, used in moderation. They open up a whole new world.
