I highly recommend their Designer Whey Protein. At around $8.99 it's a whole lot cheaper than anyplace else I've found (most others I've seen are around $17 for the same size can). It comes in vanilla and chocolate and can be used for flavoring and stabilizing recipes, such as make-your-own flax cereal.
Vitamins and supplements - very good quality at a relatively low cost. (They have a godd-sized jar of psyllium husks for $3.99 for constipation relief).
Atkins shakes - you can buy them individually if you'd like to try them before investing in a larger pack
Cheeses! - A HUGE selection. Our TJ's has signs giving brief descriptions of tastes and textures and they should have at least one staff member who can help you make a choice of something new you've never tried, plus a few old favorites
Meats - a large selection of organic meats, also Niman Ranch Bacon which is nitrite free and YUMMY! Also, some good artisan sausages (some are higher carb, though, so read the package).
Dairy - their full fat small curd cottage cheese is only 3g carbs per 1/2 cup, and delicious! All of their dairy products are bovine growth hormone free, too. They also carry european-style butters that I haven't tried yet (waiting for next pay day), but look interesting.
Nuts - I love their macadamia nuts and almonds. They have a huge variety.
Soda - If you must have a fix, they carry several flavors of Hansen's Diet Soda, which is made with Splenda. I like the Ginger Ale (with a little DaVinci's Syrup in it).
They also carry low-carb pasta and bread, if you're lucky enough to find it in stock. They also have a wide variety of LC bars and several different candies and cookies. They also carry Atkins ice cream in the freezer case.
The biggest reccomendation I can make is to take your time and look at everything. They are always bringing in new stuff and changing things around, so you can have a different experience each time. Read your labels, too, because you may be surprised with what is low carb that you may not have originally thought.
HAVE FUN!
