Angry Spring Break & Easter

I feel so bad...I am having a hard time with the tempation of chocolate, bread, ice cream, alcohol and pasta. I am not at home where it is so much easier because I just don't keep these things in the house. My kids and I are on spring break this week and staying between grandparents. The grandparents have stocked up on easter chocolate, babka bread, pierogi and of course other treats for when we are in town. Dessert and wine every night with dinner. It's killing me physically, mentally and emotionally. I argue, coax and rationalize all of it in my head, I know what to eat and not to eat. Why can't I find the will power to jus say no...?

You just have to look at it differently. You CAN have the food if you wish, that is your choice.. but if you look at it in the long run.. is eating all that junk going to make you feel better? For about ten minutes, you'll be in heaven.. after that, you will most likely feel guilty. Think about how much better off you will be in a few weeks, a few months.. or even years.. when your extra weight.. for health or other reasons is gone. You have to be stronger than the food. I hope everything works out!
