Does anyone have any ideas on how to make buttermilk taste..well.. good? I mean, it tastes like sour cream, and I can't think of much to add to it that would make that any better.

And what's wrong with that?

Is it the sour taste you don't like? What about yogurt? You can use berries to make smoothies out of both of them or add pumpkin puree and spices to make a pumpkin pie smoothie. Think along those lines.

Well, I do like sour cream... but not as a beverage. Now.. pumpkin pie... I could see that working.

Yeah, I like yogurt and kefir. But I figured that it would be nice if I could find something to do with buttermilk as well. Cause the other 2 get expensive seeing how much I go through in a week.

Thanks!
