Post Regarding To Fitday

I have a question about the Nutrition Facts. When I'm figuring and it ask for alcohol...are they wanting the numbers of sugars in that food? Also, why is it sometimes when I have entered the total calorie count from a package, they tell me the number of calories in the food does not match with the amount of fat, carbs, and protein. Then they give me a different number for calories. So, am I suppose to take their calorie count for that food?

Alcohol relates to alcoholic beverages.

As for your other question, it sounds like there are some hidden carbs in the food item. Some packages show net carbs, not total carbs. It can be really confusing unless they clearly state net carbs. I would use the calorie count that fitday gives you.
