Default Cheating - anyone plan it?

I've been on Atkins 5 weeks now and i've decided to make Sunday a break. Just wondered if anyone else does this - planning their cheats?

My willpower is good and i know i'll be able to go straight back the day after. To be honest, i could even go without treating myself but i want to.

I think that throwing a bit of food (well, a lot, actually) at your metabolism is good every so often. Keeps it ticking over.

I'll probably do, like, 200 lengths of the swimming pool on Monday but it'll be worth it.

Mmmm... Pizza.
