Default How maney times have you went back to induction?

How maney times have you went back to induction?And how did it work for you each time?This is my 3 time and on day 2.Not to sure what to think?

I've pretty much stayed on induction the whole time....every once in a while I'll up my carbs to 30 for a day or 2 which seems to keep me losing

after this 4th of july weekend, i have to start over again today. fell off the wagon. hafta try and stay motivated.

i was on induction for 2-1/2months, after 6 weeks and 28 lbs i stalled, feeling very down, i cheated, ate a bag of popcorn at the movies, and blew up from all the salt, so i started over again, before i restarted, i took out my dandr, and read it almost page for page, and started over properly, i see a lot of people stalling here on the site, and i think for some of us, (for me at least) i got sloppy, a little too much whipping cream, a little too much cheese, and i dont think it was so much that i was overdoing it in carb grams but in total calories, just dont forget, U NEED TO DECREASE TOTAL CALORIES IN OVER TOTAL CALORIES BURNED. to loose wt, now that ive got that straight again im down another 8 lbs, good luck
