Hi there i am back on a low carb diet after losing around 30 pounds or so in about 7 weeks in the spring.
I have been following the same eating plan i used last tme on it
Eg:
Yesterday
300g steak
2 large pork chops
3 rashers of bacon with brie on top
1 tin of tuna

today
2 spicy sausages 3g carb each
1 whole chicken picked at thru-out the day
2 x 3 egg omlates in olive oil
cabbage, about 200g's of i think

ive been drinking about 4 litres of H2O a day too.

ive been doing weights at the gym, so ill be putting on muscle i can feel that for sure. But my waist hasnt shrunk at all and my face still looks "Chubby", last time my waist shrunk quickly and my face looked very lean whilst on the diet. have i been doing somthing wrong?, it worked for me last time, but now i havnt lost an inch or a pound.

HELP!!!!!!!

Those who try LC then stop find it much harder getting back on track when they start up again, Juan. It takes longer and you ususally have to be much more strict with yourself. It does work, but you must be prepared for a slower loss. LC works best when it becomes a WOL (Way of Life) and you choose maintenance after you've lost the weight. Hang in there.
