No. Asparateme has not caused me problems but then I only drink Crystal Lite (powder) on weekends.

I have only had 2 diet sodas with Aspartame and I noticed no slow down.

I notice I get headaches when I drink too many beverages that contain Aspartame.

Aspartame has not slowed down DH weight loss.
