I have only been at this 3 days and all I can think of is bread or a sandwitch.I can see from the cook book that you can bake your own but I am not talented in this area.
Is there any place in the Washington,DC area that I could but this stuff.
I have seen companies on the web but they are very pricey.

do you see LaTortilla low carb tortillas? I have used them for everything from tacos and burritos to making a blt -- if you find them try the flavored ones, garlic and herb and then the green onion one.

Nature's own also has a bread -- look at the ingredients -- one, I think the low or no sugar has malitol in it which can cause tummy distress.
