nope, that's a perfect level of protein! A rough guide for women would be 1/2 your body weight (in pounds) to 1X your body weight in pounds = grams of protein you should take in. If you're a weightlifter, eat on the higher side of that range. So I'd need at least 87 grams, could eat 174 grams, and wouldn't be hurt at all by eating 300 grams (tho I couldn't---have no idea how I'd force down that much meat!)
What stalls us tends to be fake foods (atkins bars), processed foods (bacon), artificial sweeteners of all sorts, then various personal food allergens, with dairy heading that list.
Real food, plenty of water, a comfortable amount of exercise, and patience: these are the keys to LC success.
