I figured it was time to go to the store to try on a pair of jeans today to see how I was doing. I bought a brand new pair about 2 weeks before I went on Atkins. (Not very good planning on my part but I needed jeans) At that time I was a kind of tight 38. Today, I tried on the 36's first and they were kind of loose. So I said what heck and tried on a pair of 34's. To my amazement, I was able to actually button and zipper them all the way. I wouldnt be able to walk around in them for very long but just being able to zipper them up made me feel good. My goal is to make those 34's or even 33's feel lose on me. If I reach that, then I think I am ready for maintenance.

I am just thinking of all us LC'ers venturing into the malls with items of every size... quite a picture isn't it - then add the 'whhooops and yeahs" sound effects. Maybe we should have a spring fling- try it on day?

I use to do that too, I try on pants but don't buy them, NOT YET!
