If you must use them, wait atleast 3 days. It takes 3 days for any ketones to show up in your urine. But these strips are not gold, some people get negative readings when they are in ketosis. There are other ways to tell if you are in ketosis, lossing weight, bad breath, a metal taste in your mouth, your urine may have a different oder to it.

And if you are going to use them, do it when you wkae up in the AM and don't keep checking through the day as it flucuates wildly.

That is how I start my day every day or so, "Hey, I am in Ketosis...cool!"

Default Thanks

I did it yesterday and it showed traces. My weight is starting to fluxuate, but I am still having a hard time going to the bathroom. I took 4 laxatives last night...and I am slow, slow, slow.

Would that affect my showing signs and also weight loss??

Thank you for your support,
RR
