Anti-snacking habits?
Since today's a primo snacking day, with houses loaded down with pies and food, I thought I'd ask everyone what they do to avoid it (other than just willpower).
My big thing is to eat a lot of turkey to keep there from being room for anything else.
In the evenings, I've found that brushing and flossing right after dinner have been helpful to me. I like the taste right after a tooth-brushing, so I'm much less likely to graze through the evening.
I've also had a glass of water every time I've had a craving. Sometimes that distracts me enough.
Anyone else?
