I am very keen on sushi, can anyone tell me a low-carb recipe for this, or, anymore information on sushi itself for the diet?

Thanks!

cyashpal,

Hi, not sure what your carb intake for the day is, but a safe way to have sushi and skip the carbs is to have the pieces with no rice. That's what I did while on induction, and as I moved closer to my goal I added rolls, but for me it did not stall me. Now that I am starting CKD, I am looking forward to having sushi rolls as part of my carb up

Don't know if I helped, but not sure what your limitations on carbs is at. But to have the sushi pieces with no rices would be no carbs

Thanks darling! That helped grately. I'm not doing atkins, but the book I am doing would like, ideally to stick within 20-40, though you are entitled to go to 60g a day.

But that does really help.

Kc xx
