Hi all,
I've decided not to cheat, even once, until next Christmas.
This is VERY long term. I'm looking for someone who's serious to join me in my self-challange. I'll be reporting in on Mondays with how I feel I'm doing with my food, attitude, weight and possibly measurements.
I also need suggestions on how to develop my goal further.
For example:
Right now I'm on induction so a cheat would be anything other than meat, veggies and such... starting Friday I'm going to be staying at induction level carbs 20-30 per day, but allowing myself more variety.
Where I need suggestions is this: How do I decide when to go to my next step? When do I move from induction levels to OWL. I know it's pretty much my choice, I've read DANDR, but what were your experiences in when/how to change levels.
For those of you who are still reading.. thank you! I'll sign off saying that in the entire 52 weeks I will not have Candy, Sugar, Cookies, Cakes, Pies ect..
I need to learn more about refined carbs and get some imput to see what will be a definate rule out for the enitre year too.
