Why do you keep getting in trouble? Emotional eating, being unable to say no in a social situation, and mistaken carb counts are all different things with different reasons.
We'd be glad to help if you are more specific.
Me, I've been maintaining for almost six months, but I STILL can't eat things like low carb bagels. They make me ravenously hungry so I know they have an impact on my blood sugar.
However, I can eat low carb or regular wraps, even ones with a similar or higher carb count as the low carb bagels, and they don't seem to bother me a bit.
Hopefully, out of some of your frustration, you will have found what doesn't, and what does, work for you. Everyone is different, which makes it important that you trust, and find, your own way.
