Default Helloooooo!

Hi everyone! Day 1 for me...trying to chug along here at the office however I didn't prepare properly so I don't have any 'real' snack foods up here-shame on me! Luckily there were some sausage biscuits in our freezer so I unfroze them and ate the sausage out.

Off to grocery shop after work and make myself some of those tastey sounding cheese-chips!!! Those sound wonderful!!

What a great forum-glad to be here and looking forward to losing 20-ish pounds!

BTW-I have seen several mentions to a snacks list-where is it??

Hello,

Day 8 for me today.
I keep the Atkins snack bars handy. You're not supposed to eat too many on Induction, but if I'm not prepared they're a lot better to eat than a high carb snack.
