Default I <3 Silium Husk

I think its an awesome way to keep your self regular, I hear a lot of ppl talking about constipation especially when on induction. Silium husk is an all natural dietary fiber, witch also reduce hunger cravings.

I always found it hard to cut my self off from eating after 6 or 7 o'clock but once i started drinking Silium husk after my last meal I am good for the night.

I take 3 table spoons of husk and add it to 2 glasses of cold water and gulp down. It doesn't really taste all that great like drinking cold flavorless porridge, but man its worth it.

Wouldn't supplementing with fiber pills do pretty much exactly the same job? Just wondering if I should switch.

Pills would give u the fiber but they don't do much else.

The husks has a lot of other great health benefits:
- acts as anti-inflammatory, beneficial for those with diabetes.
- help maintains healthy cholesterol levels
- help maintains healthy blood pressure levels
- treat IBS, and hemorrhoids.
- treat yeast infections.
- it pushes out mucoid plaque.
- and my favorite benefit it makes u FEEL FULL!

My doctor recommitted it to me, you should talk to your doc and see if switching would be good for you.

btw congrats on your 110 lb loss... that's nuts
