Default Atkins stopped working for me

After being on Atkins for coming on 2 years, and being stalled for more than half of that time, I bought the South Beach book. I read it and I understand that portion control seems to be my problem with any way of eating. For 2 weeks now I have been beaching and have lost about 10 lbs. one of my problems with it is the recipes in the book call for things that I havent been buying for 2 years and they are rather elaborate. So I have settled into an eating rut that I think I can continue to eat for an extended period of time.
My days menus are thus:

Breakfast
2 scrambled eggs
1 slice of low fat low carb ham

lunch
Romaine salad with either 2 slices turkey or ham and 1 tbs feta cheese and 1 tbs of good seasons italian dressing

snack
1 string cheese

dinner
grilled chicken breast- boneless skinless
steamed broccoli
romaine salad with italian dressing again.

This meal plan I somtimes switch out salmon for the chicken. It is kind of boring but I found that it has one unexpected benefit.......... I don't have to wrack my brain for supper ideas.

I have been in ketosis this whole time and have not been particularly hungry, (which is good!) I am wondering if maybe long time beachers can critique my meal plan and let me know if it is anyways close to ok.
