Unhappy Honestly can't find journal Helpppppp!

Hello,
I do not have a clue where to start my journal at. I have read where it is supposedly at but can't find it.

If someone could step by step give me- a college educated person - the instructions I would sure appreciate it.

Thanks you so much in advance,
Karen

Day 5 and going strong. Just got back from 1 1/2 hours of tennis and a 3 mile walk. Yeah me.

hi Karen,

Click on the icon, at the top right of every page. This will take you to the Forums' main index page. Scroll down a bit past half-way ... you'll see "My Low-Carb Journal / Low-Carb Bootcamp". Open the section that corresponds with the first letter in your sign-in name ... in your case would be R to S for sushigal

Click on the "new thread" button, and make your first journal post. After that, you'll use "post reply" to make entries. Sometime later today, a icon will appear at the bottom of all your posts, and also on your profile page. You just click on that link, and it'll take you right to your journal, so it'll be easy to find from now on.

Congrats on your success so far, and happy journalling

Doreen
