Hi - Everyone is different and the variables are enormous - including skin elasticity, how long you have carried the extra weight, how old you are, how many times you may have gained and lost weight, pregnancies, genetic make-up, etc. etc. etc. I have seen some people who have lost 100 pounds look great - but then I haven't seen them naked I lost 100 pounds once, and I had skin, but it didn't really bother me because I am not into bikini's!
This time I will lose it, will have the skin, but the only skin I plan to take care of is the extra on my arms. Even when I was thin I had saggy arms so I figure when I lose it all, my reward is to have the new same-day surgery that is not too invasive and which does not keep you in bed - you are back to normal, just not lifting things, the next day!
Don't worry about what might not happen. Do the best you can, exercise and be glad you are getting healthy. Healthy looks great on everyone!
