Angry SF Jello/FitDay

Hi All-
It is me...the pain in the neck again! I was trying to enter the nutritional information for my SF jello into fit day and it wont take it! It keeps saying that the calories arent adding up right. I took the info fromthe package exactly...10 cal, 45 sodium, 1 protein...that is all there is! Can anyone explain this to me?
Thank you
~Michelle

hi Michelle,

Yer not a pain in the neck! Just think, someday you'll be able to help somebody else who has the same questions .. 'cuz you'll have all the answers

According to our carb counter tool ... a serving of strawberry flavour sugar-free Jello has:
  • Total Carbohydrates 0.12 g
    Fiber 0.00 g
    Protein 1.42 g
    Calories 8.32
    Fat 0.00 g
In the US, manufacturers are permitted to round the counts down or up to the nearest whole number. And if a "normal serving" of a food has less than 1g carbs, they can label as zero.

For the sake of 1 or 2 calories difference, I'd enter the above figures and use that for all flavours.

hth,

Doreen
