Question How bad is...

a chicken strip salad from Chic Filet? I had one for lunch. I took off the carrots and cabbage. Then what was left was lettuce, 4 small slices tomato, and 4 chicken strips that I cut up into bite size pieces, plus the little package of sunflower seeds. It was really good too.

thanks
Vicki

Default Chicken

Isn't that chicken breaded and fried? The flour breading was the worst part of that meal. Leave the cabbage there. It's good for you. You probably picked up between 5-9 carbs from the flour.
Do they have broiled chicken there? I know of the chain but I've rarely eaten there. It aways smells so good in passing though

Good Luck!

Default chicken

the chicken is lightly breaded and it's fried in peanut oil. That's bad isn't it?

That salad had 16 net carbs in it according to the Chic-fil-a website.

Mum...

I hate to say it, but mostly places of fast or convenient foods...

Today I had a taco salad from taco bell...beef, lettuce, sour cream, shredded cheese, no beans. Sounds legal, right?

Oy...those hidden foods. Be careful...and check out the above link and others like it on fast foods.

Don't worry...tomorrow's another day.

If you have the chargrilled chicken salad there you will cut your carbs in half. (Only 8)

My son works there and I have been looking at that site to see what I can eat. The chargrilled filet without the bun is only 1 carb! Thats what I'll eat when I take the rest of the kids to use their coupons. I figured that and a little dressing for dip.
