whipping cream, Splenda, Shakes
I just bought a carton of heavy whipping cream to make shakes with. The directions on the carton said to whip it and add 2 tbsp of sugar... but it didn't say how much of it to use. I ended up using the whole carton (8 oz, i think) and just made the whole thing at once, and it tasted fine. Did I do it right? What if I don't want to make it all at once... how much sugar do I use?
*Actually I used Splenda, not sugar*
Also, speaking of shakes...
When adding cream to shake mix, you DO use it whipped and not straight from the carton, RIGHT???
And speaking of SPLENDA,
I've found a lot of recipes that say 2 packets of Splenda. I got the kind that pours out of a spout. How much splenda is in one packet?
I know these are very elementary questions... but I AM a newbie!!! Thanks!
