Default ARGH! Pork rinds........

Well I LOVE pork rinds as a snack so I asked the snack guy at work to start leaving a few bags in the box for me. Well he did and I got a bag yesterday and checked the label. Said 0 carbs..ok good....checked ingredients...
1) Pork skins
2) SUGAR
3) WHEAT FLOUR

Omg.../sigh..why O why........

(glad I check labels)

Not all are like that - mine only have lard and the pork rind - Old Dutch makes them. Dip them in a little ranch dressing and yummy!!!. Myproblem was that I could and did eat an entire bag once - Rocky_Cdn gave me the idea of splitting them in little baggies, which works wonders!!

one thing i have noticed about the pork rinds i can get here (can't get old dutch) is that they contain a lot of msg (i like the hot and spicy ones) best to eat only a few!!

Oh, I LOVE "Gram's Gourmet" Pork Rinds, they come in some awesome flavors. I haven't read the ingredients, maybe I should. But right now, ignorance is Bliss!
