Are pecans a no-no? I know some nuts and seets arent allowed...

Pecans carb info can be found in the Carb Counter (see the LC Tools on the orange menu at the top of the page).

Pecan Pie is pretty tough because it's essentially all Pecans, Sugar and Starch the way it's traditionally made, but you might want to check out the LowCarb Kitchen forum and see if a recipe has already been posted OR (and I'm moving this post there) get an answer from somebody who's working on such a thing...
