Ok....I made it thru day One just fine. But today is hard. Very hard. I had this so far:
Breakfast: 2 Hardboiled Eggs
Snack: 1 egg yolk and 2 peices of Cucumber
Lunch: 4oz hamburger, 1 slice Deli American Cheese W/ 1/2 Cup Mushrooms.
And Water, Water, Water....
And it's 12:53 and I am sitting here with BIG TIME cravings. My body is honestly not used to NOT having sugar and carbs. I was really addicted to it and had to have it every day. In the form of Ice Tea, Candy, Chocolate..you name it.
Somebody tie me down, or atleast my hands.
Oh, and one question. For the typical person, who cuts nearly 300
carbs down to 15 carbs a day....how long does it take for Ketosis to kick in? I started yesterday morning on this WOL.
