Default Did I mess up big time?

I am at the end of induction and the beginning of my TOM so I decided to treat myself with some SF Jello and cream to make kinda like a pudding thingy. Well after I ate a good helping I noticed that the box said it had food starch-modified!!! Is that just like regular starch?? Did I mess myself up?? I have been doing really good so I don't want to mess up for some darn pudding!!!

Post The carbs on the box account for that

I think many people use SF Jello to curb their cravings for sweets. Just keep in mind that if that's the only change you make and you stop losing, it could be the culprit.

Enjoy

Default Haven't had a problem

I have been eating SF jello with heavy cream and I haven't had a problem. I called the Atkins 800# and asked them could I eat the SF Jello and heavy cream on induction they said yes. You have to make sure the jello is SF. I think you will be fine.

Yes, I ate SF Jello w/whipped cream and it did not cause any problems - just in moderation.

You're still doing fine...

SF jello w/some cream cheese and diet 7-up in the blender makes a yummier treat (IMHO ) and is perfectly allowed on all stages of Atkins... and there are tons of other recipes for this little box...just make sure you have someone to share it with...I'm the one who finishes EVERYTHING in my house!
