Question Would you use this marinade?

I've had this mariande before, it's been awhile but it was good. This is what the label says: "Original Allegro Marinade" The flovorizer that tenderizes meats and vegetables "naturally". has in it:Soy Sauce(water, salt, hydrolyzed soy protein, corn syrup, caramel coloring), water, lime juice (from concentrate), herbs and spices. Serving size 1 Tlbs. 10 Cal, 0 fat, 0 cholesterol, 560 sodium, 0 carbohydrate, sugars, fiber or protein. So would you use it?

Yeah, I've had it before, it was good. I've had it on meat and grilled veggies.

Personally I would eat it then. There aren't any carbs can't be too bad.

The sodium count is about the only scary thing in that one. I had a marinade like that I was going to use on chicken, until I read through the ingredients. It had wheat in the soy sauce, vinigar, lime juice, and maybe trace amounts of sugar. Most are ok for an LC WOE, but not for candida unfortunetly. It's the same with enchalada sauce, not to many carbs, but I ended up basterdizing some ragu lite instead
