Default pulsating muscles???

I've been experiencing a sort of pulsating in my legs mostly every now and then for the last few days ... I was wondering if this could have anything to do with the low-carbing ... since it started around the time i started low-carbing. I've also had an irregular 'that time of month' so i'm not quite sure why this is. any possibility it has to do w/low carbs????

Potassium? Take some supplements, your electrolites could be "off" due to waterloss, also some salt would be good.
Otherwise, have no idea. Drink your water, muscles need water - you could be dehydrated...

...quick someone who really KNOWS the answer - help me out here.

Default Irregular

An irregular TOM is not uncommon when first starting Low Carbing... it happened to me too the first month. You will probably also find it heavier than usual. Isnt the human body amazing!

Default Pottassium and Calcuim!!

The leg cramps aren't uncommon. Everyone gets those lol. You have to take Potassium and Calcium supplements. 2 of each should do it. Potassium says only to take 1 pill a day, but I know alot of people on low carbing that have to take 2-3 a day.

It has something to do with drinking alot of water, you tend to lose it..or something..lol

A calcium/magnesium supplement and potassium as well as a good multi-vitamin will do the trick.

Here is a link that explains more: Multi-Vitamins and Cal/Mag/K
