Easy corned beef?

Hi all...

I have a few cans of corned beef in the cupboard, and I am hoping to whip up something quick.

Any ideas? I'm STARVING!!

Something I make is for a snack, not a meal.... I mash it up and add mayo and a bit of mustard and green onions.... it is great on celery!

Slice it and nuke it with swiss cheese and saurkraut. Sprinkle on a few caraway seeds and call it an open face Rueben sandwich.
