Thumbs up Love it!

I have had one for a couple of years. It is the only thing that I do consistently. They have a website where you can develop a workout routinge based on what you want to accomplish, how often you want to use it a week and for what amount of time. Of course it will cost you.

The exercises that come along with it are also very good.

I have a piece of equipment similar to a total gym. It has pilates also and I love it. It is also cheaper...$150.

I really enjoy my total gym. It's the one piece of exercise equipment I won't get rid of. I get results fast from mine.
