Here's a recipe that I like: 1 slice low carb bread (approx 4 g carb) and as many eggs/egg whites as you wish. I use 5 egg whites plus 1 whole egg. Whip eggs w/ 1 tblsp cream, lots of cinnamon, and a dash of vanilla. Dip bread in egg mixture, place bread in buttered skillet, then pour remaining egg mixture all over bread. Flip when done, and it's like a French Toast fritatta. I eat it w/ Cozy Cottage sugar free syrup (4 carbs for 1/4 cup, but you never need that much. Maybe 1 tblsp.)
