Smile Going to try this again!

Hello everyone

My Name is Jamie. I tried the Atkins last year for a month and ended up pregnant. What did I do wrong? LOL

Sorry , anyway I did it for a month and loved it but had to stop for obvious reasons. So now I am back and ready to lose so wish me luck.

I did have one question. I had the older new version of the diet book. What are the food differences between the 1999 version and the new one just released?

Jamie

I will do it this time

There are limits placed on certain foods during induction. The book has about 100 more pages and goes into greater detail on certain subjects. I think it's well worth reading the new edition especially the chapters on OWL and Maintenance.
