Default Best 365 of my life.

Today if I am to be totally honest with myself is a day I did not realy see myself reaching ,by that I mean I did not realy belive I could stick to a "diet" for one whole week much less one whole year.Yet here I am one year on and 48lbs lighter and a heck of a lot fitter and more importantly no longer on a "diet".Rather I am on a journey that I so wish I had started 15 years ago.On this journey I can slowly but surely see the person that I was all those years ago ie. the thin person as opposed to the fat person that I became ,and was judged by society as lazy , "well she must be lazy to get so big right?".Right now I feel like a chrysalis an insect that will in time come out of it's cocoon (my old body) and will turn into a beautifull butterfly. It may take another 365 days but whose counting, this weight sure took a lot longer then 2 years to get to 249lbs which is where I started last year.I would also like to thank all the people on this forum for the words of support and encouragement especially during my 2 month stall ,it realy kept me going.THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU.
