Default fat metabolism..

Hi just wondering if this is been discussed here before....I read a bit
about fat/lipid metabolism the role of l-carnitne and Coq10 etc..it apprears
excessive fat might lead to cell/mitochondria to chun out more reactive
oxygen(oxidative cellular stress) and reactive nitrogen. Hence more damage to
mtDNA (ie all age related health issues..)

This is very interesting and want to know more on this. any pointerto thead appreciated..
