Default TREADMILL Challenge

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone would like to take part in a treadmill challenge?
I thought we could try to get 350 miles in by the Jan 1, 2004. Anyone up for the challenge (we can make the goal larger or smaller depending on how many people would like to take part.

I will be away from the computer this weekend, I will be back Sunday so if you respond and I do not get right back don't think I gave up already Hope to hear from lots of people Maybe Monday 10/20 would be a good day to start

I had a minute to log on at the hotel. Happy to see you guys are ready. Maybe by Monday we will have a little more people who want to take part....if not we may need to adjust the miles.

Happy Treading

I would like to join. I was in the pedometer challenge but I mostly walk on my treadmill so I left it. 350 miles isnt much I dont think. If 5 people walk 3 miles a day for a month that is 450 miles so I think it is attainable. I hope I did my math right. I was just wondering how we are going to keep track. Just keep adding on to zero as we report our daily walks? There is a link in my signature if anyone wants to join Walk Around the World with me.

Count me in on this challenge. Just joined the group today and it's my 7th day of being CARB FREE. Time to hit the gym starting monday. How often should we report our treadmill miles?

I thought it meant 350 miles EACH by the end of the year !!
I was like "man, this is going to be some hardcore treadmilling, but I'll give it a shot".

350 miles as a group seems alot easier.

Jeff
