Does anyone ever use the Chat Room? If so when?

Yes, people do use the Chat Room. But most people don't bother to go there is there is no one there already. They don't want to be on their own.

So one way to attract people to chat with, is to log in yourself and just wait. It opens in another window, so you can still read and post.
