Egg Custard
For those who like custard, I made one today using the Hood low carb milk and Splenda. I used a regular recipe and make the 2 substitutions. It is very good. It formed a heavier surface layer that regular custard but just take it off; the custard underneath is really good.
Total carbs for five (5) 1/2 cup servings=12
2 cups milk = 6
1/4 cup Splenda = 6
Carbs per serving 2.5
