Default Curves? Anyone doing this?

Just curious if I should join Curves.
How do you like it? Is it worth the money? It's $39 cdn here in Vancouver.

Do you follow the meal plan? What is that like?

Thanks!

THere is a Curves opening up just around the corner from me. I am counting on it to help me lose my last 12 lbs till goal. I have to have some form of exercise in my life.

Thumbs up Curves member for one year and love it

I have been a member of Curves for one year, and I love the place. It's easy to get in, and the way it's set up you never have to wait for a machine. Once you are in the loop, you work your way around the circuit when the announcement comes in (with the music) to change. My sister-in-law had a hip replacement, and joined Curves, and she looks wonderful. I love the way everyone is supportive, and you get to know each other.

I supplement my Curves work outs with weights at home (on alternate days), and get in lots of walking. But Curves is a really pleasant way to get regular work-outs to keep fit, and doesn't take too much time or effort to fit into a regular day.
