Does anybody have information on the Atkins 92 induction rules?
Hi,
I did the 92 diet revolution version many years ago and was extremely pleased with the results. Managed to keep weight off for years afterwards, eating balanced meals with the occasional treat, yet I began becoming sedentary due to anxiety and depression following a break up with my now ex.
These past 2 years since the break up, weight has piled on and spread all over my body like wild fire. The funny things is I was eating healthy throughout. Bear in mind I also had a hormonal imbalance due to a contraceptive I was using. So not moving coupled with that caused me to become ten ton tessy I suppose.
I shot up from a healthy 11 stone (I'm 5ft8.5") to 13.5 stone, which I am today. I have always been active and into sports, yet here I am, willing myself to do this diet to loose this annoying weight which has been getting me down AND slowing me down. I jsut want to get back to the old me!
Anyhow, I'm rambling
I'm really hoping that anybody here has all the info, more importantly all induction info for the 92 version? which I've completely forgot.
Would massively appreciate it!
