Look in the recipe section of this forum, there are lots to choose from. Or, type in your browser, Low Carb Recipes, lots come up.

Sarah, Welcome, now go to the "Kitchen" http://forum.lowcarber.org/forumdisplay.php?f=2 you'll find lots of Lc recipes also atkins.com has hundreds of recipes. I print off the ones I like, put them in plastice sleeves and in a binder notebook, I know have a wonderful LC cookbook...

I do the same thing TerryLynne - I went to Chapters long ago looking for LC Cook books, boy are they expensive, my little binder does the trick.

And the nice thing about the forums is that you can search.

I had some ground beef in the fridge and needed some ideas and went to the main meals section and searched for ground beef.

Voi-la - I found PAGES of cool recipes!

I remember when I first joined this forum, I felt a little overwhelmed by all the threads and easily got lost. Best thing to do is just have a good look around.It sure helps to get the feel of the format.
